Who are you and what does this FAQ cover?
We are PROP FIRM EA LTD (UK). We build AI-powered trading bots and also offer an optional Account Management service run by our human trader team. This FAQ is a comprehensive, chat-style guide: platforms, brokers/prop-firms, risk suggestions, installation, licenses/activation, Myfxbook results, social links, coupon code, refund policy, timelines for challenges and managed accounts, and how to buy or get support.
What products and services do you provide?
We provide:
  • AI EA (Prop-Firm Challenge) — an AI trading bot configured to comply with strict prop-firm rules.
  • AI EA (Personal Live Account) — the same AI engine tuned for your own funded live account.
  • Account Management — our trader team can trade for you on eligible balances with a profit-share model.

Which platforms are supported?
We support MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and cTrader. Note: the EA does not run on cent accounts.
Is your strategy martingale, grid, hedge, or scalp?
No. Our bot is not martingale, grid, hedge, or pure scalping. It’s a multi-timeframe + fundamentals-aware system with strict risk controls. Take-Profit and Stop-Loss are placed and are not hidden.
Which brokers and prop firms does it work with?
  • Personal live accounts: works with any broker you prefer (non-cent).
  • Prop firms: works with any firm that allows bots. Our EA knows strict rules (daily DD, max loss, sessions, news windows, FIFO/netting where applicable). After purchase, send us your firm’s rules; we will configure accordingly.
We never name or promote firms that disallow bots.
What risk do you recommend for prop-firm challenges?
We recommend Normal risk ≈ 2% daily drawdown as a balanced default. For personal live accounts, typical monthly gains are roughly 10–50% depending on your risk choice. Results vary; nothing can be guaranteed.

    How do licenses work and what happens after purchase?

    Activation is usually completed in < 24 hours, and the EA is sent to your email.

    License count: your subscription enables a fixed number of accounts (we do not distinguish demo vs live; we only count accounts).

    After purchase, please email us:

    1. Your order number
    2. Your risk preference (e.g., Normal ≈ 2% daily DD for prop)
    3. Chosen platform (MT4 / MT5 / cTrader)
    4. Your login ID for license binding (we do NOT need your password)
    5. (Prop only) Your firm’s rule document so we can configure compliance
    How does the Account Management service by your trader team work?

    • Eligibility: balances of $50,000+.
    • Upfront payment: a one-time fee before we start. This avoids rare abuse where someone changes credentials after profits and refuses to pay the agreed share.
    • Challenges: we aim to pass your challenge, then continue on the live account.
    • Profit share: typical split is 50/50 on realized profits.
    • Withdraw cadence for prop: to prevent firm pushback, we usually advise withdrawing when equity is up around 4–5%, then continue.
    • Estimated timeline (standard risk): about 30–45 days to pass both phases. This is an estimate, not a promise; market conditions matter.
    • Trader win-rate: historically around ~90% (not a guarantee).
    How long to pass a prop-firm challenge with the bot?
    Approximate ranges (market-dependent):
    • Low risk: ~45–60 days
    • Normal risk: ~30–45 days
    • Aggressive: ~15 days (sometimes ~10 days in excellent markets)
    These are typical expectations—not guarantees.
    What performance should I expect? What is the win-rate?
    The AI EA has shown around ~75% win-rate over the past year of AI enhancements (historical figure). For personal live accounts, ~10–50% monthly may be achievable depending on risk. No guarantees: markets, liquidity and execution vary.
    How do you ensure compliance with strict prop-firm rules?
    The EA includes daily and max drawdown guards, equity stops, session controls, news filters, and FIFO/netting compatibility where required. After purchase, send us your firm’s full rule set. We tailor all settings to respect those rules before you start.

    Do you offer refunds or guarantees?
    In forex there are no 100% guarantees. We do not offer refunds after purchase. We focus on safety and compliance, but markets can change unexpectedly. Be cautious of anyone promising guaranteed profits.
